division. The distressed property division was originally created to simply market
and sell REO properties (Lender owned foreclosures). This division was added when
the market created a demand for Las Vegas real estate agents who would quickly turn
foreclosed properties as a service to the lenders or asset managers. Upon recent
review of the Las Vegas foreclosure industry, The Ballen Group realized the demand
for this service was growing, and more services were being requested or required.
